You can achieve this trip either through your personal sales or through your Leadership performance (or both) from Campaign 2 through 26, 2021 (December 23, 2020 - December 7, 2021).
Here's how to earn it with your personal sales:
For New Representatives (non-PRP Representative who joined on or after December 11, 2019), you can earn a Trip for One by selling $12,000 during the incentive period and a Trip for Two by selling $17,000.
For 2020 Non-PRP Representatives (Contenders and Premier Level Representatives who joined prior to December 11, 2019, you can earn a Trip for One by selling $16,000 during the incentive period and a Trip for Two by selling $23,000.
For 2020 PRP Members, you can earn the Trip for One by increasing your prior year sales (C2-26, 2020) by $8,500 during the incentive period and a Trip for Two by increasing your sales by $14,000.
These goals are achievable!
Take your goal amount and break it down into campaigns. Say you are a New Representative, just starting out in Campaign 8. You have 18 campaigns to reach your goal of $12,000 to earn a Trip for One. That calculates out to an average of $667 per campaign. That is doable!
In addition to promoting your business on social media and passing out brochures, make sure YOU are shopping with yourself! Avon has hundreds of products that you use every day in your home. Don't be buying your laundry soap, dish soap, bathroom cleaner, shampoo, toothpaste, skin care, makeup, deodorant, etc., etc., at WalMart when you can get a 25% discount and credit for the award sales! Browse AvonNow and see what you are missing out on. I really don't get why an Avon Representative would not be using Avon products. The more you use and know your products, the more you will become a known expert on them and be able to sell them by sharing your honest opinions of them.
This could be your balcony view next March!
About the Marriott Waikoloa Resort
The Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa is a 297-room beachfront property that boasts views of the Anaeho'omalu Bay (or, A-Bay).
