Yes, you read that right! And I'm going to tell you how in just a minute.

Over the weekend, I tuned in to the Virtual Avon Visionaries Convention, where for just $59, Avon Representatives had the opportunity to access three days of new product information and training, and receive a swag bag worth over $175! It was pretty amazing, and I learned so much from my sister and brother Representatives on how to grow my business.

But the coolest thing announced at the Convention was the brand-new enhancement to the Pathway to Premier Program!

If you are a new Representative in your first 8 campaigns, you are automatically enrolled in the Pathway to Premier Program. Your clock starts with the campaign after the one during which you signed up. So, if you signed up during Campaign 19, your first campaign is Campaign 20 and your Pathway to Premier goes through Campaign 1 of next year. Pathway to Premier is a way to help you get your business off the ground and put some extra cash in your pocket - to the tune of $2,050 in bonuses on top of your commissions earned! If you meet all of your Pathway to Premier goals, you can earn a total of $3,300 in just 4 months!

Here's how it works:

When you join Avon, you are automatically enrolled in the Pathway to Premier Program where you are eligible to earn 2 types of bonuses: Stepping Stones and Milestones. The incentive expires once you reach Premier Level ($5,000 in cumulative sales) or the end of your 8th campaign, whichever comes first.

Stepping Stone Bonuses reward you with $20 for every $200 in sales you achieve within a campaign. For example, $600 in campaign sales = a $60 bonus. You can earn up to a total of $500 in Stepping Stone Bonuses.

Milestone Bonuses reward you with a 10% bonus for your first $500 in cumulative sales, and for each $1,000 in cumulative sales. This is where the FREE LIP BALMS come in! At the $500 sales level, you get a $50 bonus plus 50 FREE lip balms to share with customers and potential customers to help you build sales. At the $1,000 sales level, you get a $100 bonus plus another 100 FREE lip balms!
